I tried all my onboard motherboard usb 3.1 ports. I unplugged my usb for 20 seconds, then plugged back in. Then plugged in displayport after waiting 10 more seconds. This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31The request is not supported.
